Tata Consultancy Services Limited in Atlanta, GA seeks a Functional Consultant to lead the design, configuration, and implementation of Infor Workforce Management (WFM) with a focus on Time & Attendance and Scheduling. You will configure rules, attend to complex workforce processes, and collaborate with HR, payroll, SAP, Kronos, and ServiceNow teams to deliver end-to-end WFM solutions.

• Strong functional expertise in Infor WFM, particularly Time & Attendance and Workforce Scheduling.
• Configure and maintain rules for attendance, scheduling, pay, overtime, accruals, and employee roles.
• Understand complex workforce processes including shift bidding, vacation bidding, schedule changes, qualifications, and union rules.
• Translate requirements into functional designs and user stories.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the functional design, configuration, and implementation of Infor WFM with focus on Time & Attendance and Scheduling.
• Configure and maintain business rules, pay rules, overtime rules, attendance policies, accruals, balances, and employee groups/roles.
• Analyze and support complex workforce management processes including shift/vacation bidding and schedule changes.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Operations, ServiceNow, SAP, Kronos, and integration teams to deliver end-to-end WFM solutions.
• Lead workshops, requirement discovery, solution reviews, and stakeholder discussions.
• Perform functional configuration, impact analysis, and change management activities.
• Lead SIT/UAT, defect triage, and business validation.
