Nordic Healthcare Group (NHG) is seeking a Senior Consultant - Staffing Services to deliver expert platform services, lead projects, and mentor teams. The role emphasizes strong communication, problem-solving, and client-focused delivery across multiple engagements.

The position allows remote or onsite work with significant travel, requiring adaptability and a proven consulting background to drive outcomes for Nordic and client organizations.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Relevant training, certification, or accreditation required.
• 2+ years' relevant industry-specific work experience required.
• 5+ years' professional experience strongly preferred.
• Previous consulting experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
• Demonstrated Nordic's maxims and strong ethics.
• Must be able to work independently and within a team environment.

Responsabilidades

• Provide expert professional services for Nordic and affiliates per client expectations.
• Evaluate system processes and configure/workflow modifications based on best practices.
• Apply technical expertise to client systems to identify, test, and troubleshoot software systems.
• Offer project management and leadership services aligned with client roles.
• Lead meetings, document progress, issues, and handoffs per client requirements.
• Mentor and guide Nordic and client teams; coordinate with project teams and leadership.
• Collaborate with end-users and leadership to meet project needs.
