Nordic offers a Senior Consultant - Staffing Services role that delivers expert platform-specific services, combining technical, management, and leadership skills to meet client goals. The position may be remote or onsite, with frequent collaboration with project teams, end-users, and leadership to drive successful outcomes.

Applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 3+ years MEDITECH build experience, and strong communication and project-management abilities.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Relevant training, certification, or accreditation required.
• 3+ years’ MEDITECH system build experience required.
• 5+ years’ professional experience strongly preferred.
• Previous consulting experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Evaluate current-system processes and procedures.
• Recommend and develop workflow and system configurations.
• Apply technical expertise to client system builds to test and troubleshoot.
• Provide project management and leadership services.
• Mentor Nordic teammates and collaborate with client teams.
