Job summary

Nordic Healthcare Group (NHG) seeks a Director of Client Partnership Management to lead the Client Partnerships team, coach CPMs, and drive staff augmentation growth across existing and new accounts. You will own staffing sales strategy, pipeline growth, forecast quality, and revenue targets, working with cross‑functional leaders to deliver exceptional client outcomes.

Remote position with up to 50% travel; success requires leadership, negotiation, and a proven track record in healthcare

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Healthcare industry experience preferred.
• Experience with sales forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM discipline.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and stakeholder management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach CPMs to grow staffing offerings across accounts.
• Develop and execute staffing sales strategy and pipeline growth.
• Align with cross-functional partners on pricing, delivery, and client outcomes.
• Maintain robust forecast quality and lifecycle governance in CRM.
• Represent Client Partnerships in leadership and strategic initiatives.
