Job summary

Nordic Healthcare Group (NHG) is seeking a Delivery Executive to lead services for high-complexity Managed Services accounts. You will own the client relationship with Nordic and drive performance through matrixed teams, while ensuring aligned delivery and financial targets.

In this role you will coordinate with Global Delivery Leaders, optimize resources, mentor staff, and steer initiatives that improve end-user experience for healthcare clients. Strong PM and budgeting skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with substantial related experience.
• Deep experience in IT contract management.
• Experience managing IT service lines and global delivery.
• Strong communication across all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Deliver services for a group of high-complexity Managed Services accounts.
• Own and manage client relationship with Nordic.
• Coordinate through matrixed managers and teams to achieve results.
• Collaborate with Global Delivery Leader to improve end-user experience and efficiency.
• Own P&L for the accounts and ensure financial targets are met.
• Lead account planning and align with business goals and customer needs.
