Job summary

PMG is seeking an Influencer & Branded Content professional to scale our creator programs in New York. You will lead influencer selection, plan campaigns with cross-functional teams, and oversee branded content to ensure fidelity to brand guidelines.

You’ll analyze performance, share insights, and mentor junior teammates while expanding capabilities across platforms and formats for measurable impact.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Influencer & Branded Content with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Proven ability to plan and execute influencer campaigns that align with brand goals.
• Experience reviewing contracts and developing proposals; strong communication.
• Detail oriented with ability to manage campaigns end-to-end and analyze results.

Responsibilities

• Lead identification and selection of influencers aligned with target audiences.
• Develop and execute comprehensive influencer campaigns across teams and clients.
• Oversee branded content creation, ensuring brand guidelines adherence.
• Analyze campaign performance and provide strategic recommendations.
• Stay current on trends and share insights with the team.
• Mentor Associate-level teammates and support broader channels as needed.
