Job summary

PMG, a global independent platform company, seeks an Influencer & Branded Content Director to guide influencer marketing for clients. You will collaborate with creators, talent agencies, and brand teams to craft programs that fuse culture with business impact.

You will scale PMG’s influencer discipline by establishing frameworks, guiding teams, and pursuing authentic, measurable campaigns across emerging formats and platforms.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Influencer & Branded Content with leadership experience.
• Expertise in creator-led programs aligning culture, platforms and business goals.
• Strong contract review, negotiation, and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Set the strategic direction for PMG’s Influencer & Branded Content discipline and growth.
• Lead and develop the team, planning workload and fostering collaboration.
• Establish leadership in influencer marketing through client conversations and thought leadership.
• Create innovative influencer programs with cross-functional teams to meet client goals.
• Build relationships with creators, agencies, publishers, and platform partners.
• Oversee campaigns to ensure strategic soundness, efficiency, and measurement.
• Define measurement frameworks for creator performance and campaign impact.
• Coach team members and provide career development opportunities.
• Extend responsibilities across other media channels as needed.
