PMG seeks an Influencer & Branded Content Senior Associate to lead influencer identification, campaign development, and content delivery for client work. You will collaborate with internal teams and partners to ensure brand-aligned outcomes and measurable impact.

You will analyze performance data, mentor junior members, and help scale PMG’s influencer practice across platforms while staying ahead of industry trends.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Influencer & Branded Content.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Proven ability to drive influencer partnerships and innovative campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Lead identification and selection of influencers aligned with client objectives.
• Collaborate to develop and execute influencer campaigns with cross-team coordination.
• Oversee branded content creation while ensuring brand guideline adherence.
• Analyze campaign performance and provide strategic recommendations.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and share insights with the team.
• Mentor Associate-level team members and support their growth.
• Help scale the Influencer & Branded Content channel within the broader media mix.
