PMG is a global platform company helping brands connect with audiences through influencer and branded content. You will collaborate with creators, talent agencies, and brand partners to develop and execute campaigns that align storytelling with business objectives.

You’ll manage outreach, content development, approvals, and performance analysis, driving authentic partnerships and measurable results across social and digital platforms.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Influencer & Branded Content, social media marketing, or related discipline.
• Experience identifying relevant creators and evaluating audience alignment.
• Experience managing influencer outreach, creator communications, and content approvals.
• Experience supporting contract reviews, proposal development, and partnership coordination.
• Strong attention to detail across campaigns, timelines, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate influencers and creators aligned with client targets and campaign objectives.
• Execute influencer and branded content campaigns from outreach to delivery.
• Manage day-to-day communications with influencers, agencies, and internal teams.
• Coordinate branded content production and review submissions for brand alignment.
• Support contract reviews, proposals, and negotiation documentation.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve outcomes.
• Collaborate with media strategists and creative teams to integrate activations with broader plans.
• Stay ahead of trends and share insights to strengthen strategies.
• Proactively identify challenges and contribute to process improvements.
