You will build and mentor the team, develop scalable processes, and partner with cross‑functional teams to drive measurable brand impact across social and digital platforms.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in Influencer & Branded Content with leadership experience.
• Proven ability to develop creator-led programs that tie culture to business goals.
• Experience in negotiations, contracts, and partnership deals.
• Detail-oriented with high standards for campaign delivery, reporting, and compliance.
• Strong project management and cross‑functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of influencer and branded content strategies across key client accounts.
• Manage and develop team members, handling workload planning and professional development.
• Evolve capabilities with scalable frameworks, best practices, processes, and measurement.
• Serve as senior subject matter expert in influencer marketing and client conversations.
• Develop innovative influencer programs for existing and new business opportunities.
• Build relationships with creators, agencies, publishers, and platform partners.
• Oversee campaigns from strategy through execution, ensuring alignment with brand standards and measurability.
• Apply measurement frameworks to evaluate performance and translate results into recommendations.
• Provide strategic guidance across planning, contracting, approvals, and reporting.
• Coach and mentor team members and support career growth.
