PMG, a global independent platform company, is seeking an Influencer & Branded Content professional in Dallas to lead creator partnerships. You will identify creators, manage campaigns from outreach to delivery, and ensure alignment with brand objectives.

You will collaborate with media strategists, creative teams, and client stakeholders, monitor performance, and stay ahead of trends while maintaining strong relationships with talent agencies and creators.

Competenze

• 2+ years of experience in Influencer & Branded Content, social media marketing, or a related discipline.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Strong knowledge of influencer marketing and content creation, with experience identifying creators.

Mansioni

• Identify, research, and evaluate influencers and content creators aligned with brand goals.
• Execute influencer and branded content campaigns from outreach to final delivery.
• Manage day-to-day communications with influencers, agencies, and internal teams.
• Coordinate content production and approvals to meet briefs and brand guidelines.
• Support negotiations, contract reviews, and proposal development.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable optimization insights.
• Collaborate with media strategists and creatives to integrate activations with broader marketing.
