Job summary

NVIDIA is seeking a senior HPC Support Engineer focused on InfiniBand and NVLink to support data center and networking environments. You will resolve complex customer issues and collaborate with engineering and marketing on product requirements and support tools.

Strong Linux, networking, and open platforms experience are essential. Applicants should have 5+ years in enterprise networking and AI infrastructure, excellent English, and a degree in Networking/CS/Engineering or equivalent.

Qualifications

5+ years in in-depth customer support and debugging for large-scale networking and AI infrastructure.
Academic degree in Networking, Computer Science/Engineering, or equivalent experience.
Strong English communication, curiosity, and collaborative mindset.
Experience with InfiniBand, NVLink, and GPU infrastructure is a plus.

Responsibilities

Resolve sophisticated customer concerns via research, reproduction, and problem solving for NVIDIA InfiniBand, NVLink, and GPU systems.
Respond to inquiries by phone, email, or conference call and guide customers through installations.
Collaborate with engineering, marketing, and support teams to improve products and tools.
Document standard methodologies for internal support processes and improvements.
Prioritize multiple tasks and maintain high customer satisfaction.
