Job summary

NVIDIA seeks a Senior HPC Support Engineer focusing on InfiniBand and NVLink to deliver solutions for installations, maintenance, and operations in data center networks using Linux.

You will be the main customer contact, resolve complex issues via research and reproduction, and collaborate with Engineering, Marketing and Support to define best practices for internal tools and processes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in providing in-depth Customer Support and debugging in large-scale networking/AI infrastructure.
• Experience with InfiniBand, Ethernet, and GPU infrastructure.
• Strong communication and prioritization under limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Resolve sophisticated customer concerns and technical issues through research and reproduction.
• Assist customers via phone, email, or conference calls.
• Document best practices for internal teams and contribute feedback to engineering.
