Job summary

NVIDIA is seeking a Senior HPC Support Engineer focusing on InfiniBand and NVLink to support high-performance computing and AI infrastructures in data centers. You will be the primary technical contact for customers, handling complex networking questions and driving issue resolution with engineering and product teams.

You will collaborate across support, R&D, and marketing to improve support tools and processes, while ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

5+ years in providing in-depth Customer Support and debugging for large-scale networking/AI infrastructure
Experience with InfiniBand, Ethernet, GPU environments and Open platforms
Strong English written and verbal communication
Academic degree in Networking/CS/Engineering or equivalent experience
Analytical, proactive, and capable of cross-functional collaboration

Responsibilities

Resolve sophisticated customer concerns and technical issues through research, reproduction, and problem solving for installations and support systems
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or conference calls
Assist in installation, operation, maintenance, and interoperability with other vendors
Participate in cross-functional meetings; provide feedback to engineering and marketing on product requirements
Develop and document standard methodologies for internal support processes and improvements
