Qualifications

• 5+ years of in-depth customer support and debugging for large-scale networking and AI infrastructure.
• Experience with InfiniBand, Ethernet, GPU infrastructures and performance.
• Excellent verbal and written English; strong communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Resolve sophisticated customer concerns through research, reproduction, and problem solving.
• Assist installations and operations on Linux multi-distro environments focusing on InfiniBand, NVLink and GPU tech.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, or conference calls and document solutions.
• Collaborate with engineering, marketing and support teams to improve processes and tools.
