You will drive executive-level engagements, shape solution roadmaps, and deliver measurable business outcomes across install-base and pre-sales activities.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in management consulting, supply chain transformation, value engineering, strategic advisory services, and/or pre-sales leadership.
• Deep subject matter expertise in supply chain fundamentals, industry best practices, and SCM/ERP solutions.
• Strong communication and collaboration across sales, consulting, services, and product teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead Value Assessment and Business Diagnostic workshops identifying future-state roadmaps and strategic priorities.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Professional Services, and Product teams on tailored recommendations and roadmaps.
• Apply domain expertise in demand planning, S&OP, supply planning, analytics, reporting, and infrastructure technologies.
• Translate industry challenges into tailored Kinaxis solutions to drive adoption and ROI.
• Lead value engineering by presenting business cases showing strategic value of Kinaxis solutions.
• Maintain ongoing expertise in supply chain and technology to support customer success.
• Contribute to white papers, case studies, and industry publications to showcase Kinaxis expertise.
• Represent Kinaxis at conferences, webinars, and industry events.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams on thought leadership content.
• Build a strong professional presence through forums, associations, and digital platforms.
