Job summary

Kinaxis is seeking a Senior Industry Principal to serve as a trusted advisor across install-base and pre-sales engagements, shaping value-based roadmaps and ROI for customers in the supply chain domain.

You will lead workshops, collaborate with Sales, CSM, and Product teams, and apply deep expertise in demand planning, S&OP, and analytics to translate industry challenges into Kinaxis solutions that drive measurable business value.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in management consulting, supply chain transformation, value engineering, strategic advisory services, and/or pre-sales leadership.
• Deep subject matter expertise in supply chain fundamentals, industry best practices, and SCM/ERP solutions.
• Graduate degree (MBA or MS) preferred.
• Proven success with clients across multiple industries to design and deliver leading supply chain transformation initiatives.
• Demonstrated experience leading business value assessments, operating model design, capability planning, or strategic roadmap development initiatives.
• Strong consultative selling skills and the ability to position software capabilities and engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Collaborative mindset with a track record of working across teams to drive outcomes.
• Background in finance or strong financial acumen is a plus.
• Strong communication and presentation skills to articulate value to executives.
• Knowledge of AI/ML technologies and their application in supply chain optimization is a plus.
• A valid passport to meet travel requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead Value Assessment and Business Diagnostic workshops, assessing processes, adoption, capabilities, and future requirements to identify opportunities and roadmaps.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Professional Services, and Product teams to develop customer-specific recommendations and roadmaps.
• Apply domain expertise in demand planning, S&OP, supply planning, supplier collaboration, analytics, and infrastructure technologies.
• Translate complex industry challenges into tailored Kinaxis solutions to drive adoption.
• Lead value engineering by creating and presenting ROI-focused business cases.
• Maintain industry-leading expertise to support customer success and innovation.
• Contribute to white papers, case studies, and industry publications.
• Represent Kinaxis at conferences, webinars, and events.
• Collaborate on thought leadership content aligned with trends and challenges.
• Build a strong professional presence in forums and networks.
