Kinaxis is seeking a Senior Industry Principal, Strategic Value Advisory to serve as a trusted adviser to customers, shaping value-driven supply chain transformations and ROI. You will lead workshops, map current-state processes, and craft roadmaps that unlock measurable business value.

This role spans install-base and pre-sales activities, collaborating with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams, and representing Kinaxis at industry events while staying ahead of AI/ML innovations in supply

Qualifications

10+ years in management consulting or supply chain transformation.
Deep expertise in SCM fundamentals and ERP/SCM solutions.
MBA or MS preferred.
Experience leading value assessments, operating model design, and strategic roadmaps.
Strong communication and presentation skills with executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Lead value assessment and business diagnostic workshops for customers and prospects to identify opportunities and roadmaps.
Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Professional Services, and Product teams on customer-specific roadmaps and solution strategies.
Apply domain expertise in demand planning, S&OP, supply planning, supplier collaboration, analytics, and reporting.
