Kinaxis is seeking a Senior Industry Principal, Strategic Value Advisory to drive value for large-scale supply chain initiatives across our global customers. You will lead workshops, shape roadmaps, and develop tailored solutions that demonstrate measurable ROI and ongoing value realization.

You will collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams, bring deep domain expertise in demand planning, S&OP, and analytics, and represent Kinaxis at industry events while staying ahead of

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in management consulting, supply chain transformation, value engineering, strategic advisory services, and/or pre-sales leadership.
• Strong subject matter expertise in supply chain fundamentals and SCM/ERP solutions.
• Graduate degree (MBA or MS) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Value Assessment and Business Diagnostic workshops to identify opportunities and develop future-state roadmaps.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Professional Services, and Product teams to develop customer-specific recommendations.
• Apply domain expertise in demand planning, S&OP, supply planning, analytics, reporting, and related technologies.
• Demonstrate knowledge of Kinaxis solutions and translate challenges into tailored solutions.
• Lead value engineering by creating ROI-focused business cases and demonstrating strategic value.
• Maintain industry-leading expertise to support customer success and innovation.
• Represent Kinaxis at industry conferences and events.
• Contribute to thought leadership content and collaborate with marketing and product teams.
• Build a strong professional presence in forums, associations, and digital platforms.
