Kinaxis is seeking a Senior Business Consultant to support pre-sales and sales objectives across the USA. You will apply market domain expertise and Kinaxis product knowledge to demonstrate value to prospective customers in key industries.

You will identify needs, qualify prospects, construct and deliver demos, and prepare materials. You will ensure smooth handoffs to deployment and provide product feedback from the field.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in supply chain management, implementation, or enterprise pre-sales with domain expertise in key industries.
• Knowledge of SCM/ERP solutions and manufacturing scheduling systems is a strong plus.
• Strong communication, presentation, and time-management skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Identify customer needs and key stakeholders in the purchase decision.
• Qualify prospects according to Kinaxis capabilities and applicability.
• Construct and deliver custom demos addressing urgent customer needs.
• Create supplementary presentation materials for demonstrations when needed.
• Follow the sales process ensuring key deliverables are provided.
• Provide feedback to product management on gaps and improvements.
• Produce sales transition documentation for Professional Services and facilitate handoffs.
• Communicate product improvements arising from field experience.
