Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Senior Industry Product Marketing Manager to lead go-to-market for the Financial Services industry, shaping strategy and content across the funnel. Qualifications

• 7+ years of product marketing or related experience, ideally in SaaS or enterprise technology.
• Experience developing content across the funnel, from thought leadership to sales playbooks.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools in a marketing context; Claude Code, Slack Skills, and Gemini required.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills across multiple formats.
• Comfort presenting on stage and coaching other speakers, including executives.
• Strong cross-functional influence—Sales, Product, Industry Advisors, and marketing peers.
• Proven ability to work independently with executives (internal and customers).
• Scrappy and comfortable with ambiguity; avoidable ego.
• A track record of turning market and competitive signals into positioning, messaging, and go-to-market plans.

Responsibilities

• Develop go-to-market plans for Financial Services industry that drive pipe and ACV growth.
• Craft messaging and a broader narrative for Salesforce platform and AI capabilities.
• Create compelling content for funnel stages, including e-books, data sheets, and sales assets.
• Engage with customers and executives to develop success stories and event content.
• Collaborate across stakeholders at various levels to gain alignment and support.
• Own session content strategy, scripts, and slides for keynotes and breakout sessions.
• Manage industry pages on the website and keep messaging up to date.
• Create webinars and other digital content to drive engagement.
• Leverage AI to streamline workflows and improve team effectiveness.
