Job summary

Salesforce seeks an experienced Senior Industry Product Marketing Manager to lead go-to-market for Financial Services. You will craft messaging, drive pipeline, and shape AI-enabled campaigns across Sales, Product, and Industry Advisors.

You will own content—from thought leadership to sales assets—while engaging executives and customers to build compelling success stories and events that showcase Salesforce capabilities in banking, wealth, and insurance.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product marketing or related experience, ideally in SaaS or enterprise technology.
• Experience turning market signals into positioning, messaging and go-to-market plans used by Sales.
• Content creation across funnel from thought leadership to sales playbooks.
• Comfort presenting on stage and coaching executives with scripts for keynotes.
• Independence working with executives and customers; strong executive presence.
• Ambiguity tolerance; proactive and collaborative without formal authority.
• Strong cross-functional influence across Sales, Product and Marketing.

Responsibilities

• Strategy: develop go-to-market plans for Financial Services that drive pipe and adoption.
• Messaging: craft a narrative that highlights Salesforce platform value and AI capabilities.
• Content: create engaging content for funnel stages including e-books and sales assets.
• Customer Engagement: build success stories and organize executive-level speakers for events.
• Stakeholder Alignment: coordinate across a matrixed org to secure alignment.
• Event Narrative: own sessions from strategy to script and on-stage delivery.
• Website: manage industry pages with up-to-date messaging and performance data.
• Webinars: produce compelling digital content for live and on-demand formats.
• AI: lead AI initiatives to improve team efficiency and outcomes.
