Job summary

Engine seeks a Senior Partner Acquisition Manager, Industrials to own strategy and acquire high-value industrial partners. You will engage associations, dealer networks, and ERP ecosystems to unlock scalable distribution and revenue opportunities.

You will design compelling business cases, negotiate favorable terms, and close multi-party partnerships with C-suite engagement. The role blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in strategic partnerships, business development, enterprise sales, or related commercial role.
• Experience selling into or building partnerships across industrial markets (construction, manufacturing, energy/utilities, logistics).
• Proven success with one-to-many growth models unlocking networks or distribution channels.
• Track record sourcing, negotiating, and closing complex high-value commercial agreements.
• Executive presence and credibility with C-suite stakeholders in sophisticated deals.

Responsibilities

• Build Industrials partnership strategy, map ecosystem and identify high-leverage opportunities.
• Create pipeline from zero by engaging organizations with broad reach and distribution.
• Lead end-to-end acquisition: outreach, discovery, business-case, negotiation, signature.
• Sell at executive level and align Engine value with strategic priorities.
• Develop data-driven partnership models focusing on revenue, ROI, and long-term value.
• Launch signed partnerships with cross-functional teams to activation and revenue generation.
