Rising Realty Partners seeks a Senior Associate, Industrial Acquisitions to lead industrial deal origination and underwriting. You will run opportunities from initial look to close, building relationships with brokers, owners, and partners while coordinating with capital markets to shape equity and governance terms.

You will work autonomously in a remote role with regular travel to target Western Sunbelt markets, including Texas, Las Vegas, Phoenix, Denver, and Central California, and you will

Qualifications

• 4+ years of commercial real estate investment experience in acquisitions.
• Hands-on involvement in closed acquisitions with clear ownership of workstreams.
• Industrial experience or related product experience with interest in industrial markets.
• Strong financial modeling in Excel and working knowledge of Argus.
• Exposure to PSA’s, joint venture agreements, and loan documents.
• Willingness to travel regularly to target markets.

Responsabilités

• Sourcing & market coverage to generate a steady pipeline of opportunities.
• Build underwriting theses, stress-test cash flows, and defend assumptions.
• Lead capital formation with Head of Capital Markets and manage equity calls on deals.
• Run deals from LOI through closing with outside counsel and leadership.
• Deliver clean handoffs to asset management and property management at closing.
• Contribute to process improvements and team growth.
