Job summary

ARCO/Murray National Construction in the United States is seeking an experienced Industrial/Tilt Superintendent with a proven track record of leading large-scale projects. You will manage day-to-day field operations, coordinate subcontractors, and drive projects to meet schedule, budget, and specifications from day one.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in construction, including at least 5 years as a project lead superintendent, and proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook, and project scheduling

Qualifications

• 10+ years of construction experience, including leadership of projects
• Experience delivering ground-up Industrial projects, preferably in Northern California
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook, and project scheduling programs
• Possess a valid driver license in your state of residence
• Ability to perform physical duties (standing, lifting up to 50 lbs)

Responsibilities

• Attend project kickoff and develop preconstruction plans
• Coordinate with project manager on schedule and resource needs
• Direct and control the construction project to meet specs and schedule
• Coordinate subcontractors and ensure integration with project timelines
• Prepare progress/cost reports reflecting actual costs
• Maintain daily project diary documenting events and approvals
• Ensure adherence to safety program across all phases
