Qualifications

• 10+ years of mechanical engineering experience in industrial refrigeration design.
• Ability to lead refrigeration design efforts and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or Revit for detailed documentation.
• Strong knowledge of IIAR safety standards and ammonia systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead refrigeration engineering from proposals through commissioning support.
• Design cold rooms, freezer rooms, blast freezers and chillers for facilities.
• Calculate heat and mass balances, refrigeration loads, pipe sizes and pressure drops.
• Prepare datasheets, specifications, equipment schedules, and cost estimates.
