Job summary

NELSON Worldwide, LLC in Seattle or Portland seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead industrial and manufacturing design projects from feasibility through construction administration. You will coordinate multi-disciplinary teams, manage budgets, schedules and client relations to grow market share and profitability in key service lines.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of PM and architectural experience on industrial/manufacturing projects.
• Experience designing warehouse, distribution and e-commerce facilities.
• Experience in manufacturing/fabrication facility design and tooling coordination.
• Site-cast tilt-up and pre-engineered building systems experience.
• Broad knowledge of civil, structural, mechanical, and electrical systems.
• Facility/utility design for manufacturing and distribution clients.
• Strong communication and client-relations skills.
• MS Office and MS Project proficiency.
• CAD/BIM tools: AutoCAD, Revit, Bluebeam, Masterspec, BSD SpecLink.
• Newforma and Deltek Vantagepoint experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead key PM functions: opportunities, projects, planning and accounting.
• Hold regular project team meetings and guide course corrections.
• Update leadership on status and escalate off-track projects.
• Develop contracts between NELSON, clients and consultants.
• Manage contracts, budgets, and profitability across the project life cycle.
• Ensure design reviews at designated stages.
• Coordinate with disciplines, vendors, and contractors.
• Maintain compliant project documentation and contracts.
• Support business development and client relationship growth.
• Foster relationships with Clients, Vendors, Brokers, Consultants.
