Job summary

Kimmel & Associates, Inc. seeks an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead industrial construction projects from preconstruction through completion. You will manage execution, client relationships, subcontractors, and internal teams to deliver safely, on schedule, and within budget.

This role requires directing project strategy, coordinating with stakeholders, and mentoring staff across all phases of delivery, with a focus on high-impact projects in the Pacific Northwest.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience managing industrial construction projects.
  • Strong understanding of construction project management principles, including scheduling, budgeting, contract administration, and risk management.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead project teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience interfacing directly with owners, clients, subcontractors, and vendors.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational and leadership capabilities.
  • Proficiency with construction management software and project controls tools.

About the Position

The company is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and oversee industrial construction projects from preconstruction through completion.
