NELSON Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our Industrial Practice in Seattle or Portland. You will lead multi-project execution from feasibility to construction administration, coordinating teams, consultants and clients to deliver on time and within budget.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in industrial/ manufacturing design environments, strong budgeting and scheduling skills, and licensure is preferred.

Qualificações

• 10+ years in project management for industrial & manufacturing projects.
• Experience designing warehouse, distribution and manufacturing facilities.
• Strong collaboration with AHJs, consultants and vendors.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules and scope.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with clients.

Responsabilidades

• Lead project management functions: opportunities, projects, planning and accounting.
• Coordinate development of contracts between client and consultants.
• Ensure project documentation and contracts comply with Nelson standards.
• Manage financials: budgets, invoices and profitability targets.
• Maintain client relationships and lead business development efforts.
• Mentor and coordinate junior staff and promote inclusive culture.
