Job summary

NELSON Worldwide, LLC in Atlanta seeks an Industrial Practice Delivery Leader to translate strategy into execution, inspire teams, and drive project performance across the practice.

You will partner with practice and studio leaders, review pricing, negotiate contracts, manage resources, and build strong client relationships to grow the business. Ideal candidates bring 15+ years in architecture or interior design, with PMP preferred and proven leadership in financially disciplined delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience leading and managing multi-disciplinary teams with accountability.
• Ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels.
• Financial acumen with budgeting and KPI analysis experience.
• Deep knowledge of architectural/interior design practice and client needs.
• Strong scope writing for proposals and contracts.
• Extensive experience working with legal on contracts and negotiations.
• Commitment to continuous learning and development.

Responsibilities

• LEAD the Practice in alignment with leadership and strategy.
• Review pricing with studio leaders to balance profitability and market landscape.
• Negotiate and review contracts and agreements to mitigate risk.
• Assess project performance with leaders to optimize efficiency and profitability.
• Identify friction points in the project lifecycle and implement solutions.
• Communicate shifts in priorities to leadership and teammates.
• Support HR in feedback and development opportunities for staff.
• Balance resources across the Practice and Nelson-wide teams.
• Develop succession planning and maintain key client relationships.
• Foster cross-team collaboration and continuous improvement.
