Qualifications

• 15+ years of project work experience.
• Industrial project experience.
• Strong knowledge of project accounting to forecast revenue.

Responsibilities

• Negotiating, developing, monitoring, and controlling the scope, work plans, schedules, and budgets for all project stages.
• Developing a detailed work plan for all disciplines and allocating hours to the plan.
• Leading an integrated team of architects and engineers in QA/QC for deliverables.
• Managing scope changes and negotiating solutions to meet client expectations and obligations.
• Coordinating with contractors and authorities to address constructability concerns.
• Serving as primary liaison with client, contractor, and project team.
