Job summary

NELSON is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our Industrial Practice in Seattle. You will lead multi-project delivery in industrial and manufacturing sectors, guiding feasibility through construction administration while advancing growth in market share and profitability.

The ideal candidate has extensive PM and architectural experience within an A/E/C design environment and strong client relations. You will mentor teammates, coordinate with AHJs and consultants, and help develop

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant project management and architectural experience.
• Experience designing warehouse, distribution, and e-commerce facilities is a high priority.
• Experience designing manufacturing and fabrication facilities, coordinating tooling and equipment lines.
• Site-cast tilt-up construction and pre-engineered building systems are desirable.
• Broad knowledge of civil/site, structural, mechanical, and electrical systems is beneficial.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client relationships.
• AutoCAD, Revit, Bluebeam and specification writing programs are required.
• Newforma and Deltek Vantagepoint experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead PM functions: opportunities, projects, planning and accounting.
• Coordinate team and conduct regular project status updates.
• Develop contracts with clients and consultants with leadership approval.
• Ensure on-time, on-budget project delivery and profitability.
• Maintain client relationships and coordinate with vendors and authorities.
• Prepare invoices and manage project financials.
