Job summary

Nelson Worldwide, LLC is seeking an Industrial Practice Delivery Leader to drive strategy execution, empower teams, and manage day-to-day operations within the Industrial Practice. The role works closely with senior leadership to grow the practice, cultivate client relationships, and optimize delivery performance.

The ideal candidate has extensive Architecture/Interior Design industry experience, strong leadership, and deep knowledge of Deltek and project controls.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership of large teams and projects.
• Strong financial modeling and budget oversight.
• Deep understanding of architectural/ interiors industry and client needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Practice in alignment with strategy and culture.
• Review pricing efforts and ensure profitability targets.
• Review and negotiate contracts to mitigate risk and protect scope.
