Alberici Constructors is seeking a Project Manager (Heavy Civil/Marine) based in the St. Louis area to lead complex projects across North America.

You will oversee estimates, schedules, subcontractor performance, and billing while ensuring safety, quality, and regulatory compliance on site. The role requires strong leadership, budgeting and cost-control expertise, and willingness to travel to project locations.

Qualifications

• Experience managing heavy civil/marine projects is required.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel to client sites and offices across North America.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains estimates for projects.
• Develops detailed schedules with milestones and critical path.
• Oversees billing, cash flow, and cost reporting to stakeholders.
• Manages subcontractor performance and coordination on site.
• Ensures safety, quality, and regulatory compliance on projects.
