Job summary

Noor Group is seeking an experienced Industrial Project Manager in St. Louis to lead large-scale construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.

You will own budgets, schedules, quality, and client satisfaction while coordinating with a strong team of superintendents, estimators, and executives. Qualifications include 5+ years in industrial/commercial PM, experience with high-value projects, and proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, and MS Project or P6.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in industrial or commercial construction.
• Proven track record on projects in the $10M–$100M+ range (ground-up distribution centers, manufacturing, warehouses, cold storage).
• Experience with tilt wall, PEMB, structural steel, and precast systems.
• Strong knowledge of contracts, cost control, and fast-track schedules.
• Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, MS Office, and scheduling software (MS Project, P6, or similar).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of industrial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and cost forecasts.
• Lead subcontractor buyout, including bid leveling, negotiation, and contract award.
• Prepare and manage subcontracts, purchase orders, and change orders.
• Process RFIs, submittals, pay applications, and monthly billing.
• Coordinate with design teams, owners, and suppliers on long-lead items.
• Work with superintendents to keep projects safe, on schedule, and within budget.
• Lead owner, architect, and subcontractor meetings with clear communication.
• Enforce safety, quality, and compliance standards.
• Manage project closeout, punch lists, warranties, and final documentation.
