Job summary

Alberici Constructors is seeking a Sr. Project Manager (Self-Perform Steel Erection) in St. Louis to lead estimates, schedules and cost controls, and supervise ironworker performance on complex projects across North America.

You will review costs against estimates, manage change orders and billing, ensure quality and safety, and mentor the project team to deliver on time and within budget. Travel to project sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree related to the construction industry.
• 10 years’ experience in project engineering, construction project management, or related activities with exposure to projects in excess of $50 million.
• Willingness to travel to project locations across North America for extended periods (up to 85%).

Responsibilities

• Develops, maintains, updates, distributes and manages estimates.
• Reviews costs and variances by project with Project Managers.
• Ensures project schedule is developed and maintained.
• Approves project expense reports and forwards to VP.
