Job summary

McCownGordon Construction seeks a seasoned Project Leader to drive large-scale projects from inception to completion. You will oversee client engagement, financial performance, and risk management while guiding the project team toward successful outcomes.

The role emphasizes developing talent, maintaining strong client relationships, and delivering projects safely and on schedule across complex scopes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• 10+ years' experience.
• Proficiency in/ability to learn Procore and Microsoft Project to manage all components of the project.
• Proficiency in computer applications, preferably Microsoft Office.
• Demonstrated ability to take a leadership role on projects from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Leads large projects or multiple project teams from start to finish with little oversight.
• Assists with project development and client engagement.
• Manages project risk, schedule, and budget to ensure profitability and client satisfaction.
• Develops and mentors project team members and strengthens client relationships.
