Job summary

McCownGordon Construction is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee field operations on medium to large projects. You will train and mentor staff, ensure work aligns with plans and budgets, and apply our processes and core values on every phase of construction.

You will lead preconstruction planning, develop schedules, review trade scopes, support permitting, and coordinate with trade partners to drive on-time, on-budget delivery. Strong safety leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CM/engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in construction with field management.
• Ability to read contracts and safety rules.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Lead preconstruction planning and scheduling.
• Manage safety program and site walk-throughs.
• Oversee field operations, budgeting, and progress meetings.
• Coordinate with trade partners and design team.
• Maintain project documentation and QA/QC.
