Job summary

Hubbell Incorporated is seeking a Maintenance Journeyman to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain critical manufacturing systems. You will work with AC/DC motors, PLCs, and power distribution networks, applying your 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience and an associate degree or equivalent qualification.

On a typical day you’ll diagnose issues, read schematics, install PLC/DCS hardware, and maintain MCCs while handling high‑voltage environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of industrial maintenance in manufacturing required.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair AC/DC motors and control circuits.
• Read and interpret electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and instrumentation drawings and schematics.
• Install and troubleshoot PLC and/or DCS hardware, software, and controls.
• Maintain 480/240V 3-phase MCC and power distribution systems.
• Replace electrical control devices such as switches, sensors, valves.
• Move and set up equipment as needed.
• Wiring equipment and electrical drops in high-voltage areas.
• Install and repair electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic industrial equipment.
