Job summary

Insight Global is seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to troubleshoot and repair extrusion and manufacturing equipment in a fast-paced environment. You will perform preventive maintenance, diagnose electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues, and manage work orders in CMMS.

The role requires 5+ years in industrial maintenance, knowledge of electrical test equipment, and safety practices such as LOTO and Arc Flash.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Basic electrical troubleshooting experience.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair extrusion and manufacturing equipment
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance activities
• Diagnose electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues
• Manage work orders and maintenance schedules within CMMS
• Order replacement parts and coordinate with vendors as needed
• Support production uptime and reduce equipment downtime
• Escalate complex controls and PLC issues when necessary
• Mentor and develop junior maintenance technicians
