Job summary

Qualified Staffing is seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician with strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills to maintain, diagnose, and repair manufacturing equipment ensuring safe and efficient production operations.

The ideal candidate will read electrical schematics, work with motors and hydraulic/pneumatic systems, and perform preventive maintenance while adhering to safety procedures such as lockout/tagout.

Qualifications

• Previous industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience.
• Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills required.
• Experience working with motors, electrical systems, and industrial machinery.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics preferred.
• Ability to work independently and solve equipment problems.
