Qualifications

• 5 years of technical sales experience in industrial fluid technology.
• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or chemical engineering preferred or equivalent experience.
• Strong technical foundation in manufacturing processes, equipment and production methods.
• Experience with various metal working processes preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a strategic territory and customer coverage plan to achieve budget and growth objectives.
• Conduct regular customer and prospect visits to promote, support, and sell company products, requiring extensive travel.
• Deliver persuasive technical sales presentations that communicate the value of the products and services.
• Proactively manage customer follow-up activities, including call reports, sample requests, project support, and inquiries.
• Collaborate with the technical team to generate performance data, resolve product issues, and provide technical support.
• Initiate and manage product testing and optimization goals to support customer applications.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation of customer activities in the CRM system.
• Participate in sales planning, budgeting, forecasting, meetings and training sessions.
• Represent the Company at industry associations, trade events, and customer functions.
