Job summary

METTLER TOLEDO is seeking a Senior Field Service Technician to independently install, calibrate, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial weighing equipment across customer sites. This role involves working with scale terminals, printers, software, computers, networks, PLCs, and related systems, often in collaboration with sales teams and contractors.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive field service experience in electro-mechanical repair or industrial weighing.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex systems including PLCs, networks, printers, and software.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% and maintain safety/compliance.

Responsibilities

• Install, calibrate, repair, and maintain industrial weighing equipment.
• Diagnose communications between weighing equipment and PCs/PLC networks.
• Configure scale terminals and integrated customer systems.
• Lead or support customer projects and coordinate with teams.
• Maintain service records and required paperwork.
