Job summary

SSOE is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead industrial facilities design projects across North America. You will collaborate with in-house engineering and architecture teams to drive scope development, commissioning, and startup, delivering high-performance manufacturing facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in an Engineering discipline, Construction Management, or Architecture.
• PMP Registration preferred for the role.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-discipline projects across all phases and sizes.
• Manage client relationships and serve as the primary contact for delivery.
• Define scope, develop work plans, allocate resources, and align teams.
• Execute projects within budget, scope, and schedule per procedures.
• Oversee technical, cost, and schedule performance to quality standards.
• Conduct risk assessments and communicate issues to leadership.
• Coordinate meetings and maintain thorough documentation with stakeholders.
• Issue project documents and monitor progress; generate client reports.
• Manage invoicing, review financials, and support cash flow tracking.
• Mentor project managers and support business development opportunities.
