SSOE Group is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our Industrial Facilities Design team, shaping the future of high-performance manufacturing facilities. You will work with in-house engineering and architecture staff from scope development to commissioning and start-up.

We offer a hybrid work schedule with flexibility and potential remote work per policy, a competitive salary of $130k–$150k, and a bonus program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in an Engineering discipline, Construction Management, or Architecture, or 8+ years of experience in lieu of a technical degree.
• At least 10 years of experience in the design industry, with 5 years as a Project Manager in an engineering or construction organization.
• Experience managing major capital industrial projects in an engineering or architecture firm.
• Strong contract management, pre-design, pre-construction, renovations, and construction administration knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-discipline projects across all phases with effective team development and coordination.
• Manage client relationships and serve as the primary contact for project delivery.
• Define scope, develop work plans, allocate resources, and align team capabilities with project needs.
• Execute projects within approved budget, scope, and schedule per the Project Execution Plan.
• Oversee technical, cost, and schedule performance while ensuring quality and contractual compliance.
• Conduct risk assessments and communicate issues to leadership.
• Coordinate meetings and ensure thorough documentation and stakeholder communication.
• Manage invoicing, financial reporting, and cash flow tracking.
• Mentor project managers and support business development activities.
