Job summary

Shimizu North America seeks a Senior Project Manager to oversee multiple Design-Build and EPC projects, supervising project managers, aligning strategic planning, procurement, scheduling, and risk management to ensure timely delivery and profitability.

You will collaborate with owners, design teams, construction teams, and other stakeholders to meet safety, quality, and cost objectives while driving continuous improvement across projects.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of project management experience in construction.
• Proficient with Procore and MS Project.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple Design-Build and EPC projects from concept to closeout with schedule, budget, quality and safety oversight.
• Develop project plans, schedules and budgets that align with goals and client expectations.
• Establish procurement plans and review contract requests for the project team.
• Monitor baseline schedules and provide accurate progress reporting to leadership.
• Lead client communications and maintain strong relationships to ensure project success.
• Coach and develop project team members and drive continuous improvement.
