Job summary

Renowned Recruitment Group is seeking experienced Project Managers to lead large-scale industrial capital construction projects across multiple U.S. locations, including New York.

You will guide all phases from planning through commissioning and closeout, ensuring safety, on-schedule delivery, and contract compliance. This role requires coordinating cross-functional teams—engineering, construction, operations, procurement, maintenance, safety, and finance—while managing contractors and vendors

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 8 years of construction project experience with at least 3 years in a Project Manager role.
• Preferred 10–15 years managing large industrial construction or EPC projects.
• Experience in Oil & Gas, Energy, Power Generation, Utilities, Heavy Industrial Manufacturing, or Chemical Processing.
• Proven experience managing contractors, subcontractors, schedules, budgets, and project execution.
• Strong knowledge of industrial safety practices and environmental compliance.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and managing multiple workstreams simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large industrial CAPEX construction projects.
• Develop project execution plans, budgets, schedules, risk mitigation strategies, and project controls.
• Manage the complete project lifecycle from feasibility through commissioning and closeout.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Engineering, Construction, Operations, Procurement, Maintenance, Safety, and Finance.
• Manage outside engineering firms, contractors, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Monitor project scope, schedule, costs, quality, and safety while ensuring contract compliance.
• Identify project risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies.
• Present project updates and capital expenditure requests to executive leadership.
• Oversee commissioning, startup, testing, and transition to operations.

.Position Overview

The Project Manager will be responsible for leading all phases of complex industrial capital projects from initial planning through engineering, construction, commissioning, and project closeout. .Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience
• .Minimum 8 years of construction project experience with at least 3 years in a Project Manager role
• .Preferred 10–15 years managing large industrial construction or EPC projects
• .Experience managing projects within one or more of the following industries
• Oil & Gas
• Energy
• Power Generation
• Utilities
• Heavy Industrial Manufacturing
