Job summary

Shimizu North America seeks an experienced General Superintendent/Construction Manager to lead on-site operations for a major project in Clarksville, TN. You will oversee field activities, safety, schedule, quality, and subcontractors while coordinating with the Project Manager to drive milestones.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in on-site superintendency or CM roles, with knowledge of sitework, concrete, MEP, and interior finishes.

Qualifications

• Candidates must have extensive on-site management experience. (up to 140 chars)
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local codes and safety laws.
• Experience with large-scale concrete/mep/sitework is essential.

Responsibilities

• Supervise field operations, safety, productivity, schedule, quality, and subcontractors.
• Coordinate with Project Manager and project team to drive project milestones.
• Review drawings and shop drawings for feasibility and constructability.
• Prepare and review daily/weekly project reports and change orders.
• Ensure OSHA safety compliance and QA/punch list generation with subs.
