• Minimum 5 years of experience facilitating lean transformations in manufacturing.
• Willing to travel up to 60% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Develop and coach lean methods across FLIGHT DECK operations.
• Partner with Operations and IE Leaders to drive capacity utilization initiatives.
• Improve workflow by studying process flows and modifying layouts and workstations.
• Lead layout and workstation planning and standard work creation.
• Implement visual management for material flow and process optimization.
• Share best practices across the manufacturing network.
