Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering (or related field) preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years experience facilitating lean transformations in manufacturing and supply chain operations.
• Willing to travel up to 60% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Develop advanced Lean, Industrial Engineering methods and coach teams.
• Lead capacity utilization process with Operations and Leaders.
• Improve workflow by analyzing process flow charts and modifying layouts/workstations.
• Plan layouts and workstations to optimize flow and balance lines.
• Design and deploy manufacturing systems with emphasis on machining lines and capacity.
• Improve labor and machine utilization through new methods and restructuring.
• Create Standard Work and visual management for material flow.
• Share best practices across the manufacturing network.
